Mouth-Watering Rib Preparation
I learned this no brainer rib prep from a restaurant owner and it is the best and easiest I have ever tried.
Place ribs in glass baking dish
Cover ribs with water and tightly wrap with foil
Place pan in pre-heated 360-degree oven for 1 hour
Remove ribs from water and place on cutting board and loosely cover with tin foil. Let cool to room temp.
Cut ribs to serving size and place in plastic bag with rub and your favorite BBQ sauce so that all ribs are evenly coated.
Remove ribs from plastic bag and place on medium to hot grill. Slightly char and fully heat.
Enjoy tender and mouth-watering ribs.
